The Altelix NP171406VMFA1C-DF is simple to install because no wiring is required. Featuring: a pre-wired 5 foot power cord, a PVC non-metallic mounting plate, two pre-wired 120VAC power outlets, two 3" vents, a cooling fan, and a programmable digital temperature controller. Rain shrouds keep rain water from entering the enclosure while allowing ventilation for installed equipment. The fan is wired internally, leaving the power outlets available for installed equipment.

The Altelix NP171406VA1C is a vented polycarbonate + ABS NEMA weatherproof enclosure with 120VAC power and aluminum equipment plate is ideal for protecting equipment from harsh environments and tampering. This enclosure features a fully gasketed door to protect from dust and water ingress. The door features reinforced hinges, dual latches and a tamper-proof locking screw with key to secure the enclosure. There is also a provision for padlock use. Internal and external electrical ground points are also provided.

Rain shields help prevent rain water from entering the enclosure. This configuration consists of the PC+ABS NEMA enclosure with hinged lid and a 2.0mm thick aluminum plate with two 120VAC power outlets. A 5 foot pre-wired power cord is included to power the enclosure, so no additional wiring is required. A ground lug is provided on the side of the enclosure.

Like a circuit breaker, this outlet shuts off electric power when it senses an imbalance between the outgoing and incoming current. They are ideal in locations where water may be present since they provide an extra level of protection from electrical shock.

Included with this enclosure are (2) 9" long 20 gauge steel 35mm top hat DIN rails. They easily attached to the 2.0mm thick aluminum equipment mounting plate included with the enclosure. Hardware for mounting the DIN rails and equipment mounting plate is included. It features dual 3" vents and a thermostat controlled cooling fan. The low noise, high airflow fan helps maintain lower internal temperatures. The fan turns on when the internal temperature reaches 100�F (38�C) and turns off when it drops to 79�F (26�C).
